Zucchini With Potatoes and Cranberries

Ingredients:
4 medium Potatoes, cut into thin slices
1 large Zucchini, cut into thin slices
1 cup Green or White Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Garden Herbs
Cranberries (to sprinkle on top)
Directions:
1. Heat oil on medium and add onion. Add sliced potatoes and flip over frequently. When potatoes start to brown add zucchini and herbs. When all is cooked through pull from heat and add cranberries on top.
