Garlic Scape Pesto

Ingredients:
1 Pound Garlic Scapes
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ To 1 Cup Canola oil
Walnuts

Directions:
1. Chop the garlic scapes into 3-inch lengths and pulse in food processor until pureed.
2. Add the cheese and walnuts and process until smooth.
3. Slowly add the oil as the food processor runs and continue until all the oil is combined into the garlic.
4. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
