Bean Salad 2

Ingredients
• ½ cup black turtle beans
• ½ cup red kidney beans
• green beans
• yellow beans
• carrot
• red onion
• green pepper
• red pepper
• broccoli
• ½ cup sunflower oil
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup maple syrup

3 Days before
• soak the black and kidney beans over night

2 Days before
• cook, drain and chill the black and kidney beans

1 Day before
• In a bottle add the oil, vinegar and maple syrup. Shake to mix.
• Add the mixture to the black and kidney beans. Store in refrigerator.

Day of
• Chop remaining vegetables and add to bean mixture. Seal dish and shake to coat everything with the oil and vinegar. Chill and serve.
