Apple Fritters


Ingredients:
8 Eggs
1 Cup Water and Honey
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 Tsp Baking Powder
5 Large Apples

Directions:
1. Beat eggs, add water. Beat flour, water, honey.
2. Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
3. Slice apples, dip in dough.
4. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 325F degrees.
5. Leave in warm oven for 1 hour if you want the crust to resemble deep fried fritters.
