• juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

To this dressing you can add any of the following:

  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • chopped fresh dill, lemon thyme, cilantro, basil
  • chopped cucumber, parsley, garlic to make tzatziki dip for rice, meat, or veggies
  • ½-in piece ginger, grated
