A graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Rachel practices at Healing Path Centre for Natural Medicine. She is committed to getting at the root of health concerns and believes strongly in patient education and informed decisions. She takes the time to talk with her patients about their options and supports them in the choices they make. Her practice focuses on hormone balancing, fertility and breast cancer care.
Dr. Rachel also works with children. As a mom, she sees first hand how valuable natural medicine can be. She coaches parents to use safe, effective remedies to treat illness and enhance their children’s wellness.
Dr. Rachel is always happy to meet with anyone interested in learning more about naturopathic medicine and offers free 15 minute informational consultations.
About half of Dr. Michael’s practice is focused on Precision Nutrition — a comprehensive weight management and lifestyle program that helps people lose weight, gain weight or just improve their diet. In addition, he treats a variety of conditions including digestive concerns, stress and anxiety, musculoskeletal pain, hormonal imbalance and men’s health. He sees a lot of Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) whose easily stimulated nervous systems make them more susceptible to the ill effects of stress.
As well as being certified in Precision Nutrition, Dr. Michael has completed a Mind/Body Medicine Certification from Harvard Medical School. He offers nutrition talks at the Running Room on a regular basis.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Michael enjoys music, literature and staying active. An avid runner, he can be found hitting the trails year-round, and he looks forward to annual wilderness canoe trips.
